Cancellation and Refund Requests:
- Within 24 Hours of Project Kick-Off:
- Clients may cancel their project and request a full refund within 24 hours after the official kick-off of the project. To do so, please contact our customer care team or your project manager immediately.
- After 24 Hours of Project Kick-Off:
- If more than 24 hours have passed since the project kick-off, you may still contact our customer care team or your project manager. We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing:
- In cases where EPIPHANY INFOTECH approves a refund, please note that it may take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the end customer.
